Returns + Refunds

Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

We accept returns or exchanges only for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
